This document establishes Brightside Technologies' terms and conditions of service.

Purchase Order

A purchase order is approved when the customer notifies in writing that they accept the offer to purchase goods or services and agrees to the current terms and conditions of sale. Brightside Technologies may issue a quote for the supply of goods and services; however, this quote is non-binding, and no claim may be made for failure to supply the goods in accordance with the quote or offer. An order may only be modified or canceled if expressly accepted by Brightside Technologies.

Payment

Brightside Technologies' standard terms require full payment of the order prior to dispatch. 50% payment is required prior to project start and full payment is required prior to dispatch. If payment is made with a credit card other than those approved, an additional fee representing the transaction cost may be charged.

Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to a purchase order are subject to Brightside Technologies' acceptance and may cause delays in cost and delivery time. Cancellations are only accepted in writing and may incur a cancellation fee of up to 60% of the purchase order value. Any deposit paid will not be refunded. Cancellations are not accepted once the order has been placed and delivered.

Invoicing

The invoice must be requested on the same day the purchase order is created or no later than the 25th of the current month. To request an invoice, the identification number and the minimum information required for the electronic invoice must be provided. The electronic invoice will be issued within a period of at least 48 hours and no later than the last day of the current accounting month. For special terms related to VAT to apply, the corresponding documents must be presented.

Incoterms

Prices indicated are EXW, delivered ex works. If you require a quote with a different Incoterm or with other conditions, please inform your sales agent to obtain a quote for the specific service.

Other Provisions

Any typographical errors due to accidental omissions in the documentation or information will be subject to correction without liability.
